All sales are final. Because every item is made on demand specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item arrives damaged or the error is on our end.

If you received a defective item or the wrong size, email us at support@hififriends.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will take care of it.

Please make sure you are ordering the correct item in the correct size. If you need help with sizing, reach out before placing your order.

Do not send back any items unless you have already contacted us and received approval to return.
